Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of Jungle Brew products based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the next scheduled payment.

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time using the links in your order confirmation emails. Once a delivery has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled according to our Returns Policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
