Shipping Methods & Carrier

All Jungle Brew orders are shipped via Evri, a trusted and reliable courier. The available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery (Evri): 2–5 business days

  • Express Delivery (Evri): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Jungle Brew is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery option.

  • Delivery fees are per order and non-refundable.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@officialjunglebrew.com.

  • Jungle Brew will work with Evri to resolve the issue and, where applicable, reship or refund according to our Returns Policy.

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription deliveries follow the frequency selected at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are included in your subscription unless otherwise stated.

  • You can update your shipping address or pause your subscription via your account before the next delivery is processed.
